With a focus on line, expression and the human being, contemporary art is making a return to figuration. The works exhibited allow us to trace a history long defended by galleries, away from museum institutions, with artists who are known, in the process of being recognised or still neglected. Presenting the different forms of figuration that developed between the 1950s and 2000, both in France and abroad, the exhibition brings together works by artists such as Dado, Jean Rustin, Gilles Aillaud, Dominique Renson, Sam Szafran, Susane Hay and Pierre Skira. These artists are in dialogue with a new generation whose figuration invites us to discover "Another Art of Today".

The Fondation Gandur pour l’Art contributes to this exhibition with the loan of a work from its collection by Leonardo Cremonini, an Italian artist with a recognisable technique.
